Three friends from Madrid search for their place in the world. One works for an NGO that helps refugees, one is an exiled Cuban who makes a living smuggling cigars, and another has just been released from prison. Despite their many problems, the three end up influencing and helping each other.
In the 18th minute Leonor Watling is sitting on the bed topless and snorting some cocaine, then lighting a cigarette and talking to a man sitting next to her. Forty-six minutes later we see Leonor Watling naked entering a room in a wheelchair. She approaches a man and talks to him, again with bare breasts.
