Il grande racket (AKA The Big Racket) by director Enzo G. Castellari is one of the best Italian crime films. Nico Palmieri is a police inspector fighting a gang of thugs who terrorize an entire town. Nico also uses unconventional methods in his battle.
Cult film with lots of action and few naked actresses, but in the 57th minute we can see Anna Zinnemann naked. This is an appreciated full-frontal nude.
