Wheels of Fire is a film of the post-atomic genre, produced in the Philippines in the first half of the 80s. A ruthless gang, driving armored cars, is conquering a wasteland with murders and looting. Their raids end when they kidnap Arlie, the sister of a very badass road warrior.
